  5. UserWare. UserWare cannot and does not provide guarantees or
  6. warranties covering products obtained from other sources. If you
  7. did not obtain this product directly from UserWare the following
  8. does not apply to you.

  10. UserWare warrants that the software distributed on this diskette is
  11. free from obvious defects in workmanship as defined by prevailing
  12. industry standards. If you are dissatisfied with this software for
  13. any reason you may return it within 40 days for a full refund of
  14. the purchase price you paid to UserWare. We cannot and do not
  15. refund monies paid to other distributors.

  17. The diskettes on which UserWare distributes software are guaranteed for life.
  18. If this diskette fails for any reason outside of obvious abuse or neglect you
  19. may return the ORIGINAL diskette bearing both the manufacturer's and
  20. UserWare's labels for a free replacement. UserWare at it's option may choose
  21. to refund the original purchase price rather than provide a replacement.
